I'm not too sure about some parts of the translation. Notably, what is ろにん supposed to be in the first panel ? It's obviously meant to be a location, but since it's all hiraganas and doesn't sound like anything I can't make it out. If I ask a translator, it says it's probably London... But that really doesn't sound like London, unless it's a weird contraction (it's also possible I missread some character. I'm not used to children japanese handwriting). I left it as is as a result, but if someone knows where this thing is please do edit.

That's a 3, not a ろ. "He said he needs our official seal and paperwork in order for the three of us to live together."
