I dispute the validity of this one, Tewi has enough luck that she should be virtually invulnerable! In FS/N terms she should be immune to a C- ability like the mystic eyes just as how Saber's luck prevented Gae Bolg from being a mortal wound!

Rider's Mystic Eyes aren't C-. That's for that blindfold/mask she wears to seal then. Her Mystic Eyes are A+ and are very powerful natural Mystic Eyes as Shirou points out during the scene she reveals them.

And Tewi's Luck doesn't translate to Magic Resistance I would say, which is what really protects you against them.
