Hello, thank you if you accept this request. The request is of SCP-049 operating on a dead patient with surgical equipments while standing. The dead body is of a D-class prisoner that's on an operating table while wearing an orange jumpsuit. SCP-049 has their back turned towards us but with their face looking at us. This takes place in a relatively dark prison room with a single light bulb lighting up the place. Also there are crows that’s picking on the prisoner’s dead body while also looking at us.
