According to Wiki her name is "Kejourou" and that she is, indeed, a hair demon.
Saw the tag "Kejourou" already being used (even though I didn't see any other image; Strange), so I opted for "Kejourou (Nurarihyon no Mago)" tag instead, just to be safe. Also removed the "Character Request" tag.
I added "Yuki Onna (Nurarihyon no Mago)" tag since those are her signature eyes in the manga. And she is flat-chested, so she's probably staring at Kejourou in envy.
The reason you did not see all the images in the Kejouruo tag was because the only image (before this one) was labeled shota which is not viewable by normal users.
