I played the game about 6 years ago. You can't except me to remember this in the game.

Damn. They skipped the part with Sea Lice in regards to Urusla. That was something of a defining moment for her. They also skipped the time out on the sea flats and the tides, so there won't be a hot springs scene or Nina confiding in Ryu about her relationship with Cray.
