Edit: nvm she Varyag not Moskva going by her hull number :(
From what I could find on Wikipedia, the number 031 was from when she was serving on the Soviet Navy as Chervona Ukraina; since then she's pennant number 011 on the Russian Navy as the Varyag.
This drawing might be based on this picture of the Varyag, although that would be a little weird since her number is different.
Not sure if it warrants the Russo-Ukrainian War tag. On one hand, the artist posted this on his twitter when Mosvka sank. On the other hand, it's dated to 2017.
