What the hell are you talking about? If this were a gif it would look like absolute dogshit. There's no way you'd be able to get the original image to fit in a 256 color palette without introducing a ton of dithering.

Your only options are WEBM (like this) or convert to APNG.

On a smartphone you could also share the download link to a video player or a gallery app.

I don't know if it's because of its format but when you download it the red color of the character comes out as if it were duplicated and it looks ugly
