Is there typically an explanation for discrepancies like that? ZUN just seems to change their eye colors on a whim between games, perhaps he just forgets. She also had red eyes in SoEW, which became yellow in PoDD.

I vaguely recall ZUN mentioning somewhere that Marisa's eyecolours were plot-related now.
So if it really isn't explained, thats weird.

Maybe it'll be cleared up once everything has been fully translated, mined and we got the omake texts.
