Uh, sorry to inform you but female ejaculate only counts when the liquid comes from vagina.
What the public generally refer as 'squirting' is basically a girl peeing herself. Also, in the picture you can clearly see that the liquid comes purely from her urethra. So it's pee.

Medically speaking, female ejaculate also comes from the urethra. In addition, in least half of images tagged female ejaculation with a clear view of the vagina the fluid is indeed coming from the urethra. And as far as my understanding, for tagging purposes female ejaculate is tagged the same as squirting.

As mentioned previously, pee in images is usually depicted as yellow but ejaculate is depicted as clear or whitish. The fluid in the beaker is clear and slightly whitish. The girl is also orgasming when the fluid fills (gushing into) the beaker so I'm inclined to see it as female ejaculate.
