You know, I absolutely love this artist. He's one of my favorite. But in this particular picture, the head and neck for this girl looks proportionally smaller than the rest of her body. And slightly off center.

Or perhaps its just a trick of the eye seeing as her huge plump body seems to overtake her smaller round face.
