Ofcourse especially only close friends can calling someone with their first name and very rude for stranger calling someone with it's first name if weren't a close friend in Japan

Only issue is, there are two ways to pronounce their name.
You can clearly hear this if you watch both Cardcaptor Sakura and Naruto (Engish dub as I've never seen CCS in Japanese)

An English voice actor mispronouncing a Japanese name does not make the mispronounced name correct.
