It's obviously not just a finger flick to the head. Maybe once it touches her head a sudden wave of repulsive energy rockets her away (the energy would still hurt like Hell) or something like because if all that power was focused in one tiny spot she would not go flying (at least the majority of her would not as there would be a gaping hole around the center of impact). Then again I am bring somewhat real world physics into a 4koma based in a fictional world.

Your forgetting Byakuren's specially is in enchancement magic. Even one of her Lunatic spellcards is Superhuman 「Byakuren Hijiri」. It comes with learning to use magic to maintain your youth. Also the translation to this is a bit....wonky.
