You got it wrong bro. Artist alba both posted this work on his Weibo account and a forum called Stage1st. The image from the source you provided has a weibo_logo and weibo_username watermark but the latter doesn't have. You didn't find the image source from the link I provided because Stage1st MOD had blocked his post out of politically sensitive content.
