Kuki Shinobu looks so angry here, it's adorable! I bet Yae and Nana would be plenty entertained having their hands on her should she ever be compelled to join the shrine. Given what little I do know about her and her past running away from this lifestyle, I found this picture to be particularly funny.
Unlike a prison sentence, being forced to work as a shrine maiden would be the perfect punishment for her if she were to ever be caught committing any serious crimes with her fellow gang members. Besides covering for Itto's antics, maybe this is why she's so smart and tries to keep everyone around her in line: because she has to to avoid these sorts of fears of hers from coming true!
