It is a Slam Dunk parody, the image on pixiv is tagged as such. And Eirin's appearance has nothing to do with Gill from Street Fighter. Ao Usagi draws her skin with alternating red and blue to match her outfit. Just go look at her here: post #472751

dont remember the name of the comic, but the basic thing was Eirin and Cirno switched bodies. while in Cirno's body, Eirin raped Daiyousei, and then Sakuya raped Daiyousei right after that

Yes, I actually did try googling it, with no succes for like 15 minutes... I'm pretty sleepy nowadays, so that was enough for me to give up. Oh, And thanks for the share ^^
