Not sure why someone flagged for a quality check when there's nothing inherently wrong with the picture. Nothing is wrong or wonky with the anatomy, it's not low res quality, and there's no jpg artifacts so I really have to wonder what was so erroneous that it had to be flagged. Maybe it's time we stop using quality check as a flag reason and just go back to listing what's actually wrong with the image.

"Quality check" just means "I don't like this picture".
