Anyone know how to rearrange those parents and child post? Are there method that made the post goes in a certain sequences?

The parent/child system is not intended to present posts in any particular order. For sequences where ordering is important, we use pools. See the Guidelines header in help:post_relationships.

That being said, I really don't think the ordering of the child posts matters in this case, since they're all just crops of the full image.
