I have problems blacklisting an entire tag with a broad definition, because then mild images like these would not appear to me.

I'd rather ask to have a way to hide individual posts.

If I'm not mistaken, that can also be done via the blacklist (in this post's case, by adding id:5488495,5488496or parent:5488495 to it). Blacklist entries can also be temporarily disabled while browsing a pool or tag search.

Yeah, all guro is definitely not the same. There's a world of difference between something like post #993869 and someone's cannibalism fetish. "Just blacklist the tag" is incredibly dismissive and unhelpful.
