I swear she looks SO SO much like Myrtle from Arknight. Even their clothes and color theme are so similar.

Nah, face-wise she's almost a carbon-copy of Bagpipe, actually. Eye color, hair color, horns (different pointing direction though). The arm sleeves however, matches with Mrytle.
Also, her right shoulder looks off.

I didn't notice the shoulder until I read this comment

I guess the sleeves and hair color gave that instant impression of Myrtle for me. I can't unsee them now
