no she's the only exception, the rest are all Mithra in various FFXI armors

nice at tagging all the specific NPCs. I never would have been able to mark them (as I hail from San d'Oria)

I'm pretty sure I missed at least one. It's kinda hard to tell though. The one wearing the Yagudo hat kinda reminds me of a mithra I saw in Windurst, but I can't remember the name. Also, the more I look at it, the less I see that thing in the corner as a moogle...
