It's most likely the second or third floor, as we haven't seen most of the floors of Aincrad we have no idea what they're like besides floors 1, 22, 50, and whatever floor Asuna used to live at when she and Kirito ate the rabbit stew.

This movie is an adaptation of the light novel volume that covers Floor 5. So it's Floor 5.

Quite a bit of floors are shown in the anime and the source material the anime adapts. Episode 3 alone shows six floors. Aria shows Floor 2 at the end. Also, Floor 50 has never been shown.

In Progressive, the floors after Floor 1 all have themes. Although the theming only got particularly good starting with Floor 4. This is Floor 5.

Floor 50 has been shown, it's where Kirito and Asuna met up in Agil's shop when he got the Ragout Rabbit.
