This is the CD cover for BITPLANE's album 竹取物語, which is somewhat hard to describe aside from being very Oriental (sample here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZKKXWgdS1s ).

The artistic style is somewhat reminiscent of Gustav Klimt (specifically The Kiss), but I'm not an expert on fine art or anything so maybe someone else can chime in.
