But you have to admit the apology was very heart felt as just about anyone who saw it will say, good to have Patchy and Sakuya for damage control

That would be frustrating. I'd rather there be some provision in place for a substitute thumbnail if the ratio of the dimensions exceeds 8:1 or something.

I noticed that happens with images that are very long or tall. I can't see anything either and the translations are scattered all over

from the translation...

No, I get that. The point of the tag/pool would be to identify images who's thumbnails are useless so that a developer can easily get a list of posts so that a change (like the one you suggest) can be tested. If it were me, I'd just letter/pillar-box all the thumbnails to normalize their aspect ratio.

right hand click on the line above "This quote has XXX quotes" and select "save picture as". you'll get the pic without translations but at least you can see it now

I scrolled this page up and down repeatedly, almost always stopping at Meiling's scene where she gets harshly scolded by Remilia by actually doing a job she doesn't need to do. After I get stuck there, I stare at the empty space at my right and simply imagine scenarios of "what if Meiling replies the following and does these actions", mostly of her quitting her current job.

With an example as the reasons as to why she even remained by her side even though she didn't want it, namely with Meiling only being their side because Remi and Flan's parents ordered her to protect the siblings. And since Meiling realized that she wasn't needed anymore, would go away, either to work in remote locations within Gensokyo or simply vanish in the Outside World.

I shudder to think what would happen to the SDM without Meiling. A very angry Flandre throwing a tantrum by destroying the mansion, a panicked Remilia not knowing what to do for an instant, a Sakuya who continued to be elegant but at times showed a very lonely expression, and a Patchouli coughing from the debris as she and Koakuma ran to safety from Flandre's tantrum.
