Correct me if I'm wrong but I am almost certain two of the characters in the first panel are Yura and Varre. I am almost sure about Varre since he is in service to Mohg, but Yura hunted the Bloody Fingers tho he may have been a former member who quit since he knew Bloody Finger Eleanora. I have no idea on who the bald one is because for sure that's not Patches.

My gut says that the bald guy is a sanguine noble.
