I think of her more of an adopted daughter type character.
As for a mommy for her I think Yuuka or Eirin would be a good match but Udongein or Aya would probably get eaten.

Yuyuko would be the perfect mother for her, yet I would feel sorry for any kind of place with food, especially buffets.
