There's a tag for the moonlight_greatsword (though it's a bit special, being very closely related to Ranni and appearing in other games), so if you'd like I think you can create a tag and populate it.

Yeah that one might be due to the specialness of that weapon and how common and easily identifiable it is. We don't even use the game specific names but a general name to cover all instances of the moonlight greatsword across all the FromSoft games.

There's no special reason Elden Ring weapons don't have tags, just nobody's cared to tag them. Feel free to make tags for any of them, we tag recognizable weapons and objects in any other series.
