Illustration from NT12 where St. Germain talks a bunch of bullshit to Kanou Shinka on the roof of the Dianoid. This is where I wasn't satisfied what the "outside" looked like so I just made different versions of the same scene with different "colors". Choose what you like. The last one on this set is what the illustration looked like initially before being run through filters, while the third on this set is my attempt at mimicking the original artist's coloring style.

Honestly, the greatest pain in the ass here is the peacock coattail.
