ok, i'm a bit puzzled by what's going on here. when i first saw this, i thought it was about some random chick listening to music on the train, gets stalked by some perv, he puts her in rope bondage, make her strip in public, takes pictures to humiliate her, etc. but it seems that what she has in her pocket is a vibrator (it doesn't reach her ears). its very obvious in the lower left pic. it also seems that she's been wearing the rope beneath her trench coat this whole time and a majority of these photos were taken on the train. so is the photographer really a stranger or does she already know him? if it were a stranger taking the photo, it wouldn't make sense for her to carry the vibrator while standing there casually. its an intersting twist, but i have to say wft cuz i don't know what's exactly going on. im not sure if its elligable for a 'what' but this is interesting for the most part.
