    I see 2 reasons why trainer-san is transfering...

    Sad reason: couldn't make Teio win her triple crow and feels like he failed her and seeing her every day reminds him that and to not suffer he decided to transfer somewhere else.

    Second reason: doesn't wants to be dropkicked by goldship anymore
