Sakuya is never expected that mess or she is a genius, a sick genius

I tried translating parts of this. In the third panel, Remilia's going crazy over the meat sauce or something, then in the last panel, there's mention of "the Scarlet Devil," which is Remilia's title because she always gets her dress stained red from feeding.

All in all, it seems like a joke playing on the title referring to pasta sauce instead of blood, in this context.

It's hard to tell, really, but I'm betting on 'sick genius'!
