Why's this?
I believe it's a new account from the same artist, rokuichinpo hasn't been active since 30/6/21 (latest tweet activity being 16/9/21) and sixteenpo made their first pixiv post at 27/8/21, the names are quite similar (rokuichinpo containing both 6 and 1, and ending in po) and running the commentary through a translator gives a result along the lines of "larger version of the previous version". Didn't find anything that directly links them though (as in "I'm moving to this account" or something).
