Guardian of Civilization reflects her civilization and this does sound like the solution we'd come to in the year of our Lord 2022.

While this answer does strike more fear into the group that isn't being run over first, what with the screams of the other group as the former waits for their inevitable demise; multi-track drifting through both groups at once just has so much more style points that it can't be ignored as a solution. :v

That being said, the ideal answer is probably actually a combination of the two, since the train will flip over once it hits the loop while in its drift. The result? Not only will you get all of the victims, you'll probably be able to get Trolley Tom and everyone in the trolley as well. /owo/

Crashing the trolley means some inevitable style points loss though.
