Choice of style, explanation to where all the sperm comes from, & more genital area to stimulate could all be valid reasons, I suppose. Regardless, some people don't care for testicles on their futanari, which I can understand to a point.
Personally I'll take my futanari either way. I'm not too bothered by ones with balls so long as they are drawn nicely & aren't disgusting-looking or lazily shaped/detailed. Better still if there's a set of wet vaginal lips waiting under there as well. Lots to play with. ^_~
Cum comes from the prostate gland. Not from the testicles. The only thing testicles do is make testosterone, which a futanari doesn't need anyway. Hence why I say futanari don't need balls.
Yeah, I understand. Don't the testicles produce sperm themselves, though? I know the overall mixture of semen comes from other places, yes...but yeah, overall it's not really that relevant to futanari.

Actually most of it (up to 75 %) comes from the two seminal vesicles. The prostate secretion constitutes 20 % of it. The 5 % left is formed in the testicles...
