I was surprised. Didn't they say that Tsubaki's combat power was low?

she's a multi-hit character and based on loctest sources she plays like order-sol as in she has a charge gauge. also its believed that she is a beginner character but players say otherwise.

where is all this new Tsubaki art coming from??

Spoiler-ish comment answered after beating the game. Also, combat power doesn't really matter on BB universe, because they can always rely on Armagus,Grimores and other crazy resources out of Daisuke's mind.

Uh... Blazblue's story and stuff has nothing to do with Daisuke Ishiwatari. All he did was the music.
