Evil glutton spirits begone
Typically, the chant is 悪霊退散【akuryou taisan】1, or, "evil spirits begone". The artist adds 食い【kui】2 "to eat" to form the pun 悪食霊【akuryou】, which is unfortunately lost in translation.

2. While the kanji can also be read 食【shoku】 and 食べ【tabe】 depending on the composition, the reading 食い【kui】 brings to mind words such as 食いしん坊【kuishinbou】 "glutton" and 大食い【oogui】 "gluttony" and other negative connotations.We refuse to serve ghosts and half-ghosts. (Phantoms are allowed, though).
