Evil glutton spirits begone
Typically, the chant is 悪霊退散【akuryou taisan】1, or, "evil spirits begone". The artist adds 食い【kui】2 "to eat" to form the pun 悪食霊【akuryou】, which is unfortunately lost in translation.
