I would argue for Sakuya as Nu, Eirin as Litchi, and Marisa as Bang, for sure.

I saw that Gary.. still don't think it was an intenional Tao, but just a hoodie with ears though.

And Neko, either Marisa or Mannoske as Bang.

I agree on Chen, Remilia, Alice's (Marisa would be the doll) and Suika's

But I think Sakuya would make a better Ranga, And Youmu would make a nice insane Jin.

Kanako would be better as Kokonoe (Nitori's too nice for the role)

Terumi I imagined that being perhaps Okuu's territory if not Yukari's

Tsubaki would be Eirin
Ran would be Jubei

Of course I saw Reisen as Noel as a nice fit.
