I disagree. Short-haired girls would wear a bikini, just like anyone else. No one would wear that incredibly camp coat-thing apart from maybe a ridiculously glamorous grandma.

In all honesty, I'm getting really tired of regular bikinis and one-piece swimsuits. We need more girls wearing less common swimsuit types like halter-tops or that bikini top and boardshorts combo I saw a couple of girls wearing at the water park a few years ago. (Finances and circumstances have limited me to cheaper, drier entertainment since then)

You know, Luffy isn't a real person that has had an operation. This just just a picture that is mean to represent what Luffy would look like if Oda had designed the character as a girl. Same as any genderswap.
