    ■絵を描くのが遅すぎてしんどいので初投稿です。■4月10日はアズールレーンのシカゴの進水日（誕生日）でありごちうさの保登心愛（ココア）の誕生日でもあるそうで、シカゴとKAN-SENに改造されて闇堕ちした保登心愛の誕生日イラストらしいです。シカゴの資料が全然なくて辛かった

    So I did some digging around the link you did and found the OG skeb request translated by google so its not perfect but:

    "April 10th" is "Azur Lane's Chicago launch day (birthday)" and "Gochiusa's Hoto Shinai (cocoa) birthday".
    From the above story, I will request a birthday illustration of "Hotoshinai who was remodeled into Chicago and KAN-SEN and fell into darkness".

    Apparently the commissioner asked for it to be this now as to why I have no idea.
