Well the thing is...the pig in Urusei Yatsura Movie 2 has a Medal around its neck and uses his ears to fly (like wings) and looks pretty much exactly like this one. To me, it just pretty much as close as you can get to a parody without coming out and saying it. Which is fine, since Urusei Yatsura Movie 2 is an amazing movie and pretty famous in Japan (directed by Mamoru Oshii no less).

If anything, the ANIME version of Hans might've been influenced by Urusei Yatsura.

Han's game version looks a lot different.
