The guy in this picture is Anchin (from Kiyohime's tale). I'm not sure if it's necessary to make a tag for him (or use the existing anchin tag that was used for the fate series) considering there probably isn't going to be many pictures with him, but if anyone wants to tag it, that's his identity.
