Even though, in my opinion, Tropical-Rouge ended up a mixed bag and she, just like Sango, wasn't developed as much as she could have been (see her story with Yuriko or her father), Asuka quickly grew up to be one of my favorite red Cures along with Setsuna, Akane and Towa.

She's a great example of a feminine tomboy, from her long hair to her cute hobbies while still being the big sister of the group and a force to be reckoned with as a Cure, as was seen in some sakuga shots.
