Why is this uploaded? You can't see anything and its just bait to get people to pay.

The original is only visible to followers of the deviantart account. Danbooru's upload page unfortunately is not set up to detect this, so it just gets the blurry preview that's served to everyone else. I'm assuming the uploader didn't check the preview before submitting.
