In some of the supplementary material, Undine and Necro (her wings) are referred to as "programs".
Take from that what you will.

For some reason, it seems kind of pointless for her to wear underwear when her tail is almost pushing them off of her butt.

Undine and Necro (you don't have to be that smart to guess which name goes to which wing) have their own personalities and Dizzy often has to stop them from arguing with each other.

I guess it doesn't take Dizzy long to get ready in the morning.
