Her face combined with the fact that she's serving you in a dog bowl makes me think this is a very special diner. Or she just hates you. One or the other.
I'm guessing that she lost her fortune post-series due to multiple class-action lawsuits against the company. Now she has to work a menial job like all of those pigs that she used to look down on.
