How did you like INFLUENCE?
I tried to draw it using the works that influenced me most as the main theme, while picking up other works if they came to mind.
The Evangelion 2.0 movie that is currently showing has influenced me, of course, but even apart from that, I have keenly realized how much I love Gainax's works. Because of that, this book turned into a sort of special collection of Gainax pictures...
I wanted to draw something from Top wo Nerae and FLCL too, but this time I held back, and I couldn't draw anything from games, either, so when I do INFLUENCE2 I'm going to try my hand at some game characters too.
Well then, I hope we'll meet again someday on these pages.
