The one on the left is a Nakajima J9Y/Orange Blossom.

The designation of J9Y has never been proven in any wartime Japanese source.

In fact, Nakajima Kikka does have not a designation number.

It is called simply "Koukoku Type-2 Weapon (皇国二号兵器)".
