Don't quite recognise the armor, but that looks like a Midnight Bow. Also, not sure how useful Capacity Up is for a bow user.

No, it gives me an extra level of charge attack. I didn't realise, since I never used Capacity Up with a bow.

So, overall, a fairly nice bow set.

From the looks of it, rare-10 Rajang gunner plate/body, while gauntlets, waist, and leggings from Gypceros. Head is obviously barrage piercing.

Went and tried recreating this set, just out of curiosity. You were right about the parts, except for the waist, which is also Rare-10 Rajang.

Are you sure? I used the Gypceros waist and I still got the skills with the addition of faint prob. halved. And best of all, no weapon slots needed. But seriously, the lack of HGE or evasion skills would mean you would be screwed if you fought monsters that could immediately capitalize the time that you're covering your ears (the raths are notorious for that).

Going merely by appearance, yeah. Gypceros piece has belt-like straps that hang to either side, and front-back flaps. Rajang piece is just like as in the picture -- a simple skirt, with a white belt and those brown slots which look like they'd hold arrow coatings.

It's got some decent skill synergies, but like you mention, the lack of defensive anything make it a hard set to use. Looks nice though, I must say, since I don't usually mix armor pieces.
