Oh for god's sake. If I HAD to be biased, I'd say it's Naoya going to kick some serious ass. For one, Naoya carries a gun. And not an envoker, either.
Still, who the hell cares? It's epic. And these four are the only ones who could never lose or win - they will be fighting for eternity. That or gang-raping shadows with crit. attacks every turn.

I think what he means is that when Naoya dies in battle, he can be recarm-ed and fight again (all the party members have to die for a game over). When Souji or Naoto die in battle, it's game over. Plus Naoya fights with both a sword and a gun and can summon Personas!
Strictly speaking, Naoya and Tatsuya don't need evokers or a completely different world in order to summon their personas. Unless they are in the tv and Minato has his gun, Tatsuya and Naoya have an advantage.
And that's even before you factor in that Naoya uses guns and Tatsuya (by Eternal Punishment stats when he, and not you places his stats) stacks strength like a beast.
This is probably just them fighting each other before the crossover's major villain reveals himself and his plot to release/revive/clone the big bads of P1-4 for his/her own use.

I love Naoto, so far as to call her my waifu because I'm such a god damn weeaboo, but she can fall in battle with no problem. I think you meant Minato.
