Go on ahead? As I know next to nothing about One Piece (you don't want to know how long it took me to figure out who Enel was) I'll leave the tagging of characters to someone who actually knows what they're doing.
More to the point though, if you see untagged characters and you know who they are, then add the tags yourself.
